Terms and Conditions of Purchase


These Purchase Conditions govern the acquisition of items through the website www.iconiq.vision (hereinafter the "Website") through which ICONIQ VISION sells and advertises our products.

Access to the Website grants you the status of "User," understood as anyone who uses the Website for the purpose of obtaining information about the items offered, to register, or to place an order (hereinafter, an "Order").

1.1 Get to Know Us
The items on the Website are made available to you by ICONIQ VISION S.L. with registered office at Calle Pradillo 5 Planta Calle Madrid, Madrid 28002 Spain, provided with Tax Identification Number B27686674 and registered in the Commercial Registry under number Registro Mercantil de Madrid, Hoja M-887420, Inscripción 1ª and with the following contact email: start@iconiq.vision
 

1.2 Acceptance of the Purchase Conditions
We recommend that you read these Purchase Conditions carefully before placing an Order. The use of the Website or placing an Order by any User implies full acceptance of these Purchase Conditions, the Privacy Policy, the Cookies Policy, and the Legal Notice, which are available on the Website.
 

If you have any questions related to the Purchase Conditions, the Privacy Policy, the Cookies Policy, or the Legal Notice, you can contact us through our usual contact channels, and if you do not agree with them, we ask that you leave the Website and do not place any Order. If you place an Order on behalf of a company, you should know that it will be bound by the same.
 

The use of the Website or making a purchase through it implies full acceptance of these Purchase Conditions, which we may modify at any time, so that the conditions applicable at any given time will be those published on the Website.
 

2. USE OF THE WEBSITE
2.1 Access to the Website

The Website is freely and openly accessible, and generally does not require prior subscription or registration on the Website; however, to place an order, you may be required to register beforehand.
 

In your use of the Website, you agree to use it, its contents, and its services in accordance with the Legal Notice, applicable law, public order, and good customs, and not to use it in a way intended to damage, disable, and/or overload the Website, or that may in any way prevent the normal use and functioning of it.
 

At ICONIQ VISION, we make a continuous effort to keep the Website functioning properly, maintaining updated content. However, at ICONIQ VISION, we cannot guarantee complete availability and continuity of access to the Website, or the updating of its contents.
 

2.2 Registration
As mentioned, to place an Order, we may ask you to provide certain registration data or other information. By continuing with the registration, you agree to:
 

  • provide true, accurate, current, and complete information in the registration form.

  • maintain and promptly update this information to keep it true, accurate, current, and complete.
     

If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information does not meet the above criteria, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel your account, to cancel an Order, and even to deny you current or future use of the Website. The processing of personal data you provide through the registration form will be governed by our Privacy Policy.
 

2.3 Limitations on Use of the Website
By using the Website, you agree not to:

  • Perform actions likely to alter, damage, interrupt, or harm our electronic systems or those of third parties; as well as not to obstruct other users' access to the Website and its services by massively consuming the computing resources through which we provide our services.

  • Attempt to access other users' email accounts or restricted areas of our or third parties' computer systems and, if applicable, extract information.

  • Violate our intellectual or industrial property rights or the rights of third parties.

  • Reproduce, copy, distribute (or any other form of public communication), transform, or modify the contents published on the Website.

  • Use any robot, spider, or other device, process, or automatic means for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any material from the Website.

  • Bypass any measure we may take to prevent or restrict access to certain areas of the Website.

  • Attempt in any other way to interfere with the proper functioning of the Website.


Additionally, when placing an Order through the Website, you agree to:

  • Use the Website only to place Orders that are legally valid.

  • Not place any false or fraudulent Order. If for any reason we consider that such an order has been placed, we are authorized to cancel it and report it to the relevant authorities.

  • Provide us with truthful and accurate contact and billing information, as otherwise we will not be able to process your order.

  • When placing an Order through the Website, confirm that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts, especially regarding purchases made through the Website.


3. ORDERS
You may place Orders through the Website, for which you must accept these Terms of Purchase and the Privacy Policy.
 

3.1 Placing an Order
To place an Order, you must follow the online purchase procedure and confirm your Order to complete it. After this, you will receive an email confirming that we have correctly received the Order along with all the corresponding information.
 

If you do not receive the Order confirmation, check that the payment has been correctly made in your bank account. If the payment is confirmed, check your junk or "spam" mail. It should be there. In any other case, do not hesitate to contact us using any of the contact methods indicated in the Customer Service section. All personal data or information you provide us to place an Order will be processed as established in the Privacy Policy.
 

3.2 Modify an Order
If you detect that there is an error in any of the data you have entered when placing the order, you can contact us using any of the contact methods indicated in the Customer Service section and we will do our best to correct it.


3.3 Product Availability
All Orders are subject to product availability. If there is any stock or supply issue that prevents us from sending you an item, we may offer you an equivalent alternative. If the alternative is not of your interest, we will proceed with a full refund of any amount you have paid.
 

4. PRICE
4.1 Amounts

The prices applicable to the products are those indicated at each moment on the Website on the date the Order is placed, and exclude shipping costs which will be added to the final order price.
 

The final price shows the full price, including taxes such as VAT (Value Added Tax) or any other indirect tax that may apply, as required by consumer protection regulations. Any additional costs charged to the customer, such as shipping fees, will be clearly itemized before confirming the Order.
 

Unless expressly stated otherwise, these prices do not include possible taxes, fees, or additional charges that may apply depending on the destination country. If, due to the nature of the product, the costs cannot be itemized precisely, the essential characteristics of the products will be detailed so that the customer can make a purchase decision with all the necessary information.
 

4.2 Payment
Once you have selected all the items you wish to purchase, they will have been added to your basket and the next step will be to process the order and make the payment. To do this, you must follow the steps of the purchase process, filling in or verifying the information requested at each step; you will also be informed of the accepted payment methods. In any case, the choice of payment method is made during the purchase process on the corresponding screen at no additional cost.

If there is any unauthorized or fraudulent charge on the card used for purchases, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible through the usual contact methods so that we can take the appropriate actions.
 

4.3 Payment Methods
To place an Order, you must provide a payment method. The Website may redirect you to third-party platforms to complete the payment of the Order using any of the payment methods you have selected.
 

The payment methods accepted on www.iconiq.vision are: Credit card, Bank transfer, Debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

Payment method providers or issuers may implement anti-fraud measures that result in the rejection of certain types of transactions over which we have no control, so at ICONIQ VISION we are not responsible for the application of such security policies.

You can modify your payment methods through your account or by contacting us using any of the contact methods indicated in the Customer Service section. After each update, if it is a recurring purchase, you authorize us to continue charging you through the relevant payment method.
 

4.4 Invoices
When making your purchase, you can indicate if you wish to receive the invoice in electronic format. If at any time you prefer to receive it on paper, just notify us through any of our customer service channels and we will send it to you at no additional cost.
 

4.5 Promotions and Discounts
At ICONIQ VISION, we may launch promotional campaigns or apply discounts on our products or services at any time. These campaigns will be available during the period expressly indicated in the promotion itself or while they remain published on our website.
 

Unless otherwise indicated, promotions and discounts are for one-time use only, non-cumulative, and subject to availability. At ICONIQ VISION, we reserve the right to cancel any order if we detect an obvious error in the published price or misuse, fraud, or violation of the promotion conditions.
 

5. SHIPPING AND LOGISTICS
5.1 Shipping Methods

During the purchase process, we will inform you if the shipment can be made to the address you have provided, as well as the available shipping options and their rates, if applicable. Currently, we have the following shipping methods available:

 

  • Shipping Method: Local delivery and pickup (Building sets)

  • Delivery Time: 1-3 business days

  • Rate: Free
     

The territorial scope for delivery and collection of products is limited exclusively to the Community of Madrid. The economic conditions related to logistics are distributed according to the contractual modality chosen by the client:
 

  1. 1The service modalities called "Build The Collection" and "Gifting" include delivery and transportation costs completely free of charge.

  2. The service modalities called "Rent The Collection" and "Events" entail a fixed and mandatory charge of €150 for logistics management, specialized transportation, and installation of the protective methacrylate display cases.


EXCEPTIONAL DELIVERY TIMES: In the event that the model requested by the client requires a prior expert assembly process and/or custom manufacturing of the protective methacrylate structure (as may happen with the Titanic set), the estimated delivery time will be set between a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 4 weeks. This time frame and its final confirmation will be duly communicated to the user after the order is formalized.
 

To complete your order, you must confirm the selected shipping method. We will do our best to deliver it within the estimated time frame and without undue delays. However, this time frame is indicative and may be affected by causes beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions, logistical incidents, or periods of high demand, including sales, promotions, and special campaigns.
 

5.2 Deliveries
For the purposes of these Purchase Conditions, delivery shall be deemed to have occurred or the order to have been delivered at the moment you or a third party authorized by you acquires physical possession of the products, which will be evidenced by the signature upon receipt of the order at the agreed delivery address.
 

In the event that delivery cannot be made due to the recipient's absence, the shipping agency or transport team will contact you by the usual means to inform you of the next steps to enable delivery.
 

6. RETURNS AND WITHDRAWAL
6.1 Returns

Changed your mind? No problem. In accordance with European Union consumer protection legislation, you have the right to withdraw from all or part of your Order for any reason within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can withdraw your Order here. Once withdrawal is exercised, we will proceed to refund the price as soon as possible, and in any case, within 14 calendar days. We will make such refund using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you indicate otherwise. You will not incur any costs as a result of the refund.
 

If you have any questions, you can contact us through the usual channels we provide in the Customer Service section of these Purchase Conditions.
 

6.2 Refunds
When making a return exercising your right of withdrawal, we will refund the value of the Order, including delivery costs, if any, although delivery methods other than the standard one will not be included in the refund. Additionally, if you want to keep part of the Order, we will not refund the shipping costs.
 

We reserve the right to withhold the refund until the Order is received and to make the refund within a maximum period of 14 days from when we have received it. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used to place the Order. If you have not received the refund within this period, please contact us and we will assist you.
 

When making a return, we will refund the full amount of any item in an Order as long as it has not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered, or used in any way that has reduced the value of the item. Please return the item using and including all its original packaging, instructions, and other documents that may accompany it.
 

6.3 Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that:

  • By their nature may deteriorate or expire quickly.

  • Are sealed and cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been removed.

  • Are personalized.
     

6.4 Returns of defective items
Is there a problem with one of the items in the Order? According to the applicable European Union consumer protection legislation, all products must be free of defects, meaning they must conform to the sales contract, be suitable for the intended use, and function like any other product of the same type.
 

Depending on the product and the defect the item has, we offer you the option to repair it or replace it with a new one. If this is impossible or would incur disproportionate costs, we will offer you a price reduction or a refund, as you prefer.
 

For the 3 years following the date of receipt of the Order you may return the items in case they have a manufacturing defect, but not in cases where the defect results from misuse of the product, improper or inadequate use, or damage caused by impacts.
 

To proceed with a return of a defective product, please contact us through the channels we provide. We ask that whenever possible, you check the Orders at the time of receipt so that if there is any issue you can contact us as soon as possible and we can provide a solution.

For any questions, suggestions, inquiries, or complaints about the Website, you can contact our customer service by any of the following means:

We will assist you and respond as soon as possible and in any case within a maximum period of one month.
 

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
8.1 About the information

The content of the Website is of a general nature and is intended for informational purposes without guaranteeing its exhaustiveness, accuracy, timeliness, or usefulness for a specific purpose.

We do our best to accurately display and describe the attributes of our products on the Website; however, the color or measurements are only approximate values, so we do not guarantee the actual measurements or colors of the item you receive as they may vary depending on the material used in its manufacture. If you are not satisfied with the item you ordered, no problem, you can return it.
 

8.2 About third-party linked content and services
We offer you links to third-party websites, platforms, and content to provide and manage Orders, and it is your responsibility to read and accept the terms and conditions and privacy policies published on those linked websites or applications.
 

In no case does the existence of linked sites, integrations, the presence of plugins, or search mechanisms imply recommendation or promotion of the linked sites or their content by us. Therefore, we are not responsible for the content, statements, or services provided by third-party websites.
 

In any case, we will proceed to the immediate removal of any link when the content it redirects to may contravene national or international legislation, morality, or public order. Therefore, if you consider that there is a linked website with illegal or inappropriate content, we ask you to inform us so that we can take the measures we deem appropriate.
 

8.3 About the availability of the website
We have adopted, and will continue to adopt, all necessary measures within our capabilities and the state of technology to ensure the proper functioning of the Website and to avoid the existence of harmful components. However, we will not be liable for any damages that you or third parties may suffer due to the inability to access the Website, as well as the presence of viruses, worms, or other harmful elements.
 

8.4 Dangerous products

9. REVIEWS AND RATINGS
At ICONIQ VISION we allow Users who have placed an Order to share their experience through reviews, ratings, and comments (hereinafter, the “Reviews”). These Reviews aim to help other Users make informed decisions.

By submitting a Review, you expressly accept these Terms of Purchase, the Legal Notice, and the Privacy Policy, and you declare that:

  • You are of legal age.

  • You are the original author of the content or have the necessary authorizations for its publication.

  • The Review reflects a real personal experience, either your own or of people in your environment for whom you have authorization to share such experience.

  • You have not received any payment, gift, incentive, or compensation for issuing the Review, except in the case of sponsored reviews or those derived from official commercial agreements with us, which will be clearly identified as incentivized content or promotional collaborations.

  • The content does not infringe third-party rights (including copyright, image rights, data protection, trade secrets, or the right to honor).

  • You do not include personal data (such as full names, addresses, emails, phone numbers, Order numbers, or similar identifiers) of yourself or third parties.

  • You refrain from including images or references to minors.

  • You waive all moral rights that may arise from the publication of the content.

  • You agree that, when the system requires it, you may be asked for a pseudonym, which may be visible alongside the Review.
     

9.1 Moderation and publication
At ICONIQ VISION we may review Reviews, both through automated systems and manual methods, before or after their publication. Likewise, we reserve the right to delete or reject them, in whole or in part and without prior notice, if they fail to meet compliance criteria or contain protected personal or sensitive data.
 

9.2 Verification and publication of reviews
When we can verify that the Review corresponds to an actually placed Order, through the Order number, the email linked to the account, or another technical validation mechanism, such Review may be displayed as verified and the User will be informed of the verification method applied.
 

9.3 Rights of use over the Reviews
By submitting a review you grant us a free, non-exclusive, and unlimited territorial and temporal license to use, reproduce, adapt, translate, publicly communicate, or distribute the Review, in any medium or format, including websites, social networks, commercial communications, points of sale, and, in particular, also for advertising or promotional purposes.
 

9.4 Withdrawal, modification, and revocation
You may request at any time the withdrawal, anonymization, or modification of your Review by contacting us through start@iconiq.vision.
 

9.5 Liability
As a User, you are solely responsible for the content of your Review and any legal consequences arising from it. Reviews reflect the personal opinions of their authors and therefore do not constitute statements or guarantees issued by us.
 

10. MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS
10.1 Force majeure

In the event of a fortuitous event or force majeure that prevents or delays the fulfillment of our obligations, we may be forced to suspend your Order in whole or in part. Such events shall include, without limitation: war, riots, insurrection, social disturbances, strikes of any nature, and supply problems not attributable to us.

If a fortuitous event or force majeure occurs, we will inform you within 10 days of its occurrence. If such suspension extends beyond a period of 30 days, you will have the option to terminate the ongoing Order and a refund will then be processed under the conditions set forth in these Terms of Purchase.
 

10.2 Independence and integrity of the clauses
The illegality, invalidity, or ineffectiveness of any of the clauses that make up these Terms of Purchase shall not affect the effectiveness of the rest, provided that the rights and obligations are not essentially affected. Such clauses shall be replaced or supplemented with others that, being lawful, fulfill the purpose of the replaced ones.
 

10.3 Modification of the Terms of Purchase
These Terms of Purchase were last updated on 27/05/2026. We may review and update these Terms of Purchase at any time and will notify you by usual means, but any changes affecting material elements will not take effect until 14 days after publication.
 

10.4 Applicable law and jurisdiction
Access to and use of [https://www.iconiq.vision](https://www.iconiq.vision) shall be governed by Spanish law. Any dispute or controversy shall be resolved by the courts and tribunals of Madrid with express waiver of any other jurisdiction that may correspond to you, except if you are considered a consumer, in which case the courts and tribunals of your domicile shall have jurisdiction.
 

Specific Terms of Service by Modality
 

11. Build The Collection

  • Service Scope: This modality allows the Client to experience the interactive assembly of designated sets.

  • Tier Classification & Pricing: Available sets across this modality are classified into Silver, Gold, and Platinum tiers. Pricing, rental rates, and security deposit values vary strictly according to the designated tier.

  • Logistics & Secure White-Glove Delivery: To ensure asset protection and security, all building sets will be delivered exclusively to the physical address specified by the Client during the checkout process. Delivery to an alternative address is strictly prohibited unless formally arranged and approved by the Company in writing prior to shipment. For security and anti-fraud purposes, the Company reserves the right to conduct a physical Identity (ID) verification check upon delivery; however, no physical copies or digital scans of the Client’s identification documents will be retained.

  • Handover Scheduling: The Company will proactively contact the Client three (3) calendar days prior to the scheduled rental expiration date to coordinate a concrete, mutually agreed time window for the logistical handover and collection.

  • Condition of Asset Upon Collection: Sets must be returned to the Company fully constructed. The Client is explicitly instructed not to disassemble the model. Collecting fully assembled models is a strict operational requirement that enables the Company to efficiently verify component completeness (e.g., via specialized weight calibration testing) and allows for the immediate repurposing of the assets for other corporate service streams, including fixed display subscriptions, professional event setups, or corporate gifting packages.

  • Unfinished Models & Notification Duty: In the event that a Client is unable to complete the construction of the set by the scheduled pickup date, the Client must formally notify the Company at least one (1) day prior to the collection date through official communication channels. Failure to provide timely notice, resulting in our logistics team needing to complete or handle an uncompleted model, will result in an additional administrative and completion fee charged directly to the Client.

Extensions of Rental Duration:

  • Standard Extension: Clients who initially select a 14-day rental cycle may extend their term to a 28-day rental cycle at no penalty or extra cost other than the standard price difference between the two baseline tiers. The Company must be formally notified of this request at least three (3) calendar days prior to the original expiration date.

  • Extended Rental: Extensions beyond the initial 28 days may be requested under a fixed additional 14-day cycle, subject to a notice period of three (3) calendar days in advance. The pricing for this secondary extension will match the baseline tier difference between the standard 14 and 28-day contract rates. All extensions are strictly subject to asset availability.

  • Consecutive Rentals & Sourcing Requests: If a Client desires to rent another consecutive set immediately following a collection, a formal request must be submitted at least three (3) calendar days prior to the active rental end date to verify inventory availability. If approved, the Client is not required to pay a new security deposit, and the active deposit will roll over to the subsequent asset. Clients may generally request specific structural sets that are not listed in active stock, and the Company will execute best commercial efforts to source them.

  • Component Loss, Revenue Damage, and Indemnification: If a Client misplaces, damages, or loses any physical building component, element, or specialized minifigure, the Client will be billed for the full market replacement value of the component, alongside any associated courier, sourcing, and administrative costs. Furthermore, if the loss or damage directly forces the cancellation or delay of a pre-existing booking by a subsequent Client, the active Client shall be held fully liable for all resulting loss of commercial revenue.

  • Fully Refundable Security Deposit Management: A Fully Refundable Security Deposit is processed at the time of ordering. Upon collection, our logistics personnel will perform a preliminary, high-level visual inspection of the asset. A comprehensive, microscopic verification will subsequently be conducted at our corporate premises. The security deposit will be returned to the Client within a maximum of three (3) business days following the final office inspection, less any calculated deductions for missing parts, structural damage, or revenue losses. The Client will be provided with a transparent, line-item cost breakdown of any executed deductions.
     

12. Rent The Collection

  • Service Scope: Providing fully pre-assembled, museum-grade corporate display installations enclosed in custom protective acrylic showcases on a decoration-as-a-service subscription framework.

  • Tier Structure & Custom Sourcing: Showcases are categorized into Silver, Gold, and Platinum collections with distinct pricing tiers. Clients may formally request specific custom sets not currently present in the active catalog, which the Company will attempt to source on a best-effort basis.

  • Subscription Durations & Rotation Cycles: Clients may contract the subscription service under two separate operational frameworks:

  • 3-Month Fixed Framework: The designated display is installed on a fixed basis for three consecutive months without mid-term rotation.

  • 12-Month Rotation Framework: A long-term corporate subscription utilizing a quarterly rotation system (four total corporate showcases per annual cycle). The Client selects the inaugural installation display during checkout. The Company will formally contact the Client thirty (30) calendar days prior to the end of each fiscal quarter to align, select, and schedule the delivery logistics for the subsequent display asset.

  • Logistics & White-Glove Installation: All delivery, initial placement, structural leveling, and secure mounting are executed via our specialized "White-Glove Installation & Delivery" protocol. The specialized installation fee and the primary Fully Refundable Security Deposit are billed as a one-time charge at the inception of the service contract and do not reset during standard rotation swaps.

  • Immediate Incident Reporting & Deposit Liability: The Client is under a strict legal obligation to notify the Company immediately via official channels if any display asset suffers structural damage, shifting, or component failure. The Fully Refundable Security Deposit will be securely held on file and is fully subject to deductions in the event of missing components, broken showcase materials, professional restoration labor, sourcing time, or documented loss of commercial revenue due to subsequent corporate client waitlists. Following a successful final subscription termination and clean asset recovery, the deposit will be refunded to the Client within seven (7) business days.

  • Showcase Material Care Guidelines: To preserve the pristine optical clarity and structural composition of the museum-grade acrylic displays, the Client is strictly prohibited from treating or cleaning the surfaces with aggressive chemical compounds, window cleaners, abrasives, or alcohol-based solvents (e.g., isopropyl alcohol). Showcases must only be gently wiped using a specialized soft microfiber cloth and clean water. Any clouding, scratching, or chemical etching resulting from a breach of this care guideline will be treated as physical property damage and billed to the Client.
     

13. Events

  • Service Scope: Short-term specialized showcase rentals and custom display installations tailored for corporate gatherings, exhibitions, weddings, or temporary presentations.

  • Duration Tiers & Inventory: Displays are provisioned from the Silver, Gold, and Platinum collections and are bookable under fixed structural timelines of either four (4) hours or eight (8) hours.

  • Logistics Management: All venue transport, on-site assembly, and strikes are managed under our designated "Professional Event Logistics & Installation" protocol, processed securely via Stripe.

  • On-Site Extensions & Technical Staffing: Due to the high value of the assets, specialized Company personnel may remain on-site at the venue for the entire predefined duration of the event. If an event requires an extension beyond the initial 4-hour booking, a formal request must be submitted to the Company at least three (3) calendar days prior to the event. If accepted, the Client will be billed solely for the standard price difference between the 4-hour and 8-hour tiers as per our active pricing lists. Extensions requested on the actual day of the event cannot be guaranteed, remain subject to staff availability, and may be rejected without operational liability.

  • Universal Care Alignment: All environmental restrictions, asset protection rules, material maintenance obligations, and missing component penalty structures detailed across the corporate guidelines apply globally to all Event rentals.
     

14. Gifting

  • Service Scope: Management, preparation, and delivery of permanent asset purchases intended for corporate, professional, or promotional distribution.

  • Service Inclusions: The Gifting modality constitutes a final transfer of ownership of a fully pre-assembled model housed securely within our custom corporate acrylic showcase. The service includes professional premium presentation aesthetics featuring a golden ribbon, a personalized message card tailored to client specifications, and all baseline logistical transport and delivery costs.

  • Care Transfer: Upon successful delivery and physical handover of the corporate gift, the responsibility for maintaining the chemical and physical care standards of the acrylic and building elements transfers entirely to the recipient.


15. Global Corporate Care, Safety, and Mandatory Liability Insurance

This section applies uniformly across all four service modalities listed above
 

  • Environmental Exposure & Smoke Damage: To safeguard the physical and chemical properties of the display elements, all assets must be kept in a strictly smoke-free indoor environment. Exposure to tobacco smoke, electronic cigarette vapor, or secondary chemical clouds of any kind causes irreversible yellowing, odor retention, and structural degradation. Any such exposure constitutes severe property damage and invalidates the security deposit.

  • Safety and Third-Party Choking Hazards: The Client explicitly acknowledges that the building components consist of thousands of individual small elements that represent a severe, high-risk choking hazard. The Client retains absolute, sole responsibility for ensuring that all displays, components, and pieces are kept completely out of reach of domestic pets and unsupervised children. The Company disclaims all civil, criminal, or financial liability for any health complications, personal injuries, medical emergencies, or third-party damages resulting from unsupervised handling or misuse of our property.

  • Mandatory Client Insurance Obligation: The Company does not provide property damage, theft, or general liability coverage for assets while they reside under the physical custody of the Client. The Client is strictly and legally required to maintain their own adequate commercial general liability insurance, content insurance, or corporate office property insurance to fully insulate themselves against third-party claims, accidental workspace injuries, workspace damage, or property losses. The Company shall be held completely harmless and cannot be held accountable for any structural damages, personal injuries, or operational disruptions occurring within the Client's premises.
